Plug-In Cabinets

Munz provides high quality plug-in cabinets for bakery and confectionery as well as for the use in branches. All units are implemented with stainless steel inside and outside. The cabinets are designed for baking sheet dimensions of 60 x 40 cm resp. 58 x 78 cm. Supplementary we provide a model accessible by rack trolleys. To prevent skin formation on products all cabinets are equipped with an air flow system made of stainless steel. Cream conditioning and low temperature storage cabinets come with a Munz Redline computer control. Fully automatic proofing units GVA feature a Munz Greenline computer control with an automatic recovery program and an external steam air humidifier.
